  • What benefit do I have after becoming a member at CHISEL?

    • Become a Standard Member with $500 in annual spending, or elevate to VIP at $1,000. As part of our silver family, you'll enjoy exclusive artisan care—priority repairs, complimentary maintenance, and an annual heirloom-worthy gift—our tribute to your enduring elegance.

  • Do you offer payment plan options?

    • If you are a business retailer and are interested in buying wholesale, please contact wholesale@chisel.art. The team will get back to you within 2-3 business days. 

  • What additional services do you offer? 

    • We offer free jewelry maintenance and repair, as well as silver recycling service to all of our customers. Most of the additional services are free to our standard members, and are completely free to our VIPs. 

Shipping

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    • Free shipping promotions only apply to orders with a subtotal over $200 USD (after discounts and excluding taxes) being shipped to domestic addresses located in the continental United States excluding APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Somoa, or The Virgin Islands. Some restrictions may apply.

  • How does shipping work?

    • Each CHISEL piece is made entirely by hand. While in-stock orders within the continental U.S. ship within 3–6 business days, please allow 5–7 business days during launches or sales. (Pre-orders follow their own timeline—carrier estimates don’t apply here.)  

    • Handcrafted with care, the artistry takes 5–9 weeks for out-of-stock items; we’ll keep you updated at every step. Once your treasure is en route, you’ll receive a tracking notification.  

    • For domestic shipping, the costs are carrier-calculated. While we can’t control delays (weather, etc.), we’ll always advocate for your package.  

    • Costs for international Orders are based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Duties/taxes are calculated at checkout. Customs processes may add delays beyond our hands, but we’ll ensure your piece travels safely to you.  

  • What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or returned to the sender?

    • CHISEL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. CHISEL is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout.  We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • What if I need to make a change to my address?

    • Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.

Return

  • Can I return a piece if it does not resonate with me? 

    • We hope you love your CHISEL pieces, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery, these items may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note that return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Refunds for domestic orders shipped within the United States will be processed to the payment method used at checkout minus any shipping costs, or issued as store credit in the form of a gift code. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.

  • What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

    • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number & a photo of the item.  After 7 days we are unable to provide a complete replacement or refund for any products that develop wear-and-tear over time. Please check the “Jewelry Maintenance & Repair” or “Silver Recycling Service ” section if you would like to update your pieces. 

    • Please allow 2-3 business days for your inquiry to be reviewed by one of our customer service representatives. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 12 PM to 8 PM EST.

    • At our New York-based handcrafted silver jewelry boutique, we offer an exclusive recycling program designed to reward our valued customers. When you recycle your silver jewelry with us, you’ll receive a voucher toward your next purchase, with benefits tailored to your membership tier. 

Non-members

Receive a 30% voucher (based on the original value), valid for 30 days

Standard Members

Enjoy a 50% voucher (based on the original value), valid for 30 days

VIP Members

  • Jewelry Maintenance & Repair

    • We are committed to preserving the beauty and longevity of your cherished silver pieces. Our maintenance and repair services are structured to provide the best care for every customer:  

Non-members

Cleanings at $10 per service; repairs at $20 per service

Standard Members

One complimentary cleaning per year; subsequent cleanings at $10 each. Repairs are $20 per service.

VIP Members

Unlimited free cleanings & inspections per year + free repairs (exclusions may apply).
